Our latest espresso blend is a perfect mix of Colombian and Salvadoran coffees. We roast the merced darker, to highlight the notes of chocolate and pecan, while allowing the acidity from Paz to shine, bringing a nice citrusy finish.

Colombia (Merced)
This rainforest alliance certified coffee features notes of apricot, milk chocolate, and pecan. The coffee is grown in the department of Huila in Southern Colombia.

Process: Fully washed

El Salvador (Paz)
From the Mapeche Estate nestled in the Apaneca Llamatepec mountains. This coffee features notes of cantaloupe, tangerine, and pear.
