Our Leadership Team

  • Suzi - Regional Manager Roane & Morgan

I was raised in Chattanooga and have lived in Wartburg for 25 years. I met Scott and Kristin after they moved to Tennessee and we became quick friends. I watched them open Gather and was impressed with their enthusiasm and delicious coffee. After a couple of years, they asked me to be a part of the company, and I was more than excited to be a part of it. I never imagined I would find so much joy in serving a simple cup of coffee. I am fortunate to have found a company that helps bring people together with positive energy and excitement.

  • Ashley - Oneida Manager

I have been with Gather Coffee Company for 2 and half years. I very quickly fell in love with the art of making coffee and it became my passion. Aside from work I am a wife and mother. My family is my whole world! So when I’m not making delicious drinks, placing orders, or working on schedules, I am spending quality time with them.

  • Skylar - Huntsville Manager

Scott County has always been my home! I love my job and serving each and every one of you delicious coffee from our baby Gather! I’m a lover of Jesus, a wife and a mom to a beautiful little girl! My family and Gather family mean the world to me!

Our Independent Cafe Owners

  • Sour Lake, Texas

The Newsom’s, a family with a shared love for coffee and connection. Cass, of Nederland, Texas, proudly served in the Marine Corps as a Recon Scout Sniper and in the Texas National Guard. In 2013, he tied the knot with Kristin, a native of Hamshire-Fannett, and together they embarked on a life filled with adventure. Their trio of daughters—Kinley, 10, Nora, 7, and Rory, 4—bring boundless energy and joy to their household. In 2019, the Newsom’s set out for Tennessee, where Cass contributed his expertise to the Department of Energy while Kristin nurtured their daughters' education through homeschooling. Yet, the call of Texas never waned, leading them back to the Golden Triangle in 2023. Gather Coffee in Harriman being one of their favorite small businesses in East Tennessee, left them with the easy decision to begin a franchised location near their hometowns. Here in Sour Lake, they are set to unveil "Gather Coffee Lounge," a sanctuary where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee intertwines with the spirit of community.
