Some may call it “Zillow.” Others may call it God’s plan. But either way, we have that to thank for the divine direction that dropped us both square in the middle of Scott County, Tennessee. In ALL of Tennessee, there were three homes that matched our criteria, and two were in Oneida.
So we knew it was just meant to be.
Regardless of how we made it to Oneida, we knew one thing was missing - a social hub for the community. We wanted to bring that to the people of this area we have quickly grown to love dearly.
Kristin’s background includes a career in sales for Danner Boots and Columbia Sportswear, she also owned a successful coffee shop in Oregon for 11 years. Scott has worked for many multinational companies including IBM, Nike, Intel, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Together, they combine a solid business approach with the world of coffee.
Kristin is responsible for the front of house functions - menu curation, specials, barista quality & training, and overall strategy. Scott’s the Master Roaster, importer, and manages the back of house - marketing, socials, and strategy.
It all comes together in the mountains of East Tennessee where we can serve these wonderful communities that make Tennessee and Texas truly special.
We can be found wandering with our kids around coffee farms in Colombia, or just adventuring around Tennessee in our 1993 Toyota Landcruiser.
